When is a Jenn-Air not a Jenn-Air?

I was researching the Jenn Air outdoor grill and came across this at Epinions.com

Yikes! If you have a Jenn-Air grill in your sights, seek out all the info you can about it. I'm sure some of them turn out good but, also, I'm sure some designs are lemons.

Reading some other comments, I see people are having problems with their Jenn Air starter ... and it's not the battery.
