Dacor Renaissance

Today's Press Release:

Dacor(R), market leader in luxury kitchen appliance design, manufacturing and distribution, today introduced the new Renaissance(TM) Wall Oven in 36", 30" and 27" widths for the Epicure and Millennia Collections, greatly expanding the brand's premium cooking appliance offerings.

The new wall ovens exemplify Renaissance thinking with a design that celebrates the luxurious style of the classic wall oven combined with cutting- edge performance details, to create an appliance that will breathe new life into the kitchen. The result is a wall oven that true epicureans will love and novice cooks can use with ease.

"It is truly a new beginning for the traditional wall oven. We have paired the classic styling and reliability of our signature wall ovens with current touch technology to develop an appliance that performs like no other in its class," said Elaine Chaney, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Dacor. "Dacor is extremely excited to introduce the collection of new Renaissance Wall Ovens to the market, opening the door to a broader range of consumers who will now have the opportunity to experience Dacor's commitment to details firsthand."

DETAILS THAT ELEGANTLY INSPIRE COOKING PERFECTION

The Renaissance Wall Oven operates like six individual ovens, with a combination of cooking options that will release the hidden chef in anyone. Whether the consumer uses Bake, Broil, Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Convection Roast, Pure Convection(TM), or Proof preparing any meal will be an effortless task using any one of the intuitive cooking modes.

The exclusive Pure Convection technology helps create uniform temperatures on every level of the oven cell and features a unique filter, which allows home chefs to cook multiple items at the same time without the worry of flavor transfer. Now, every entree and hors d'oevours, even the baked brie and stuffed mushrooms with bacon and the oven-steamed mussels with lime ginger butter, can be heated together without the fear of tastes blending.

The 30" and 27" models feature the patented RapidHeat(TM) Bake Element to ensure even baking, fast preheating and accurate temperature control. Safely protected from spills and drips, the glass-covering makes for trouble-free cleanup and provides more baking space across the bottom of the oven.

The Epicure style Renaissance Wall Oven is available in 36", 30", 27" widths in a commercial-inspired stainless steel finish and handles with interchangeable trim caps in color options of chrome, brass, copper and black chrome. The Millennia models are available in 30" and 27" widths with a contemporary black or stainless steel finish to coordinate with both the Millennia and Epicure Collection appliances. Each model features a new electronic control panel, which offers consumers a stylish look utilizing innovative touch technology.

The Renaissance Wall Oven will be available at authorized Dacor dealers in February 2008.
